Students must bring their own music stands, all sheet music with its accompaniment as well as concert attire: black pants/skirt, white shirt/top, black shoes.

Insurance :
All students must have full medical coverage. Instruments must be insured as well.

Arrival and departure :
Arrival : A bus will take students from the train station of Bordeaux Saint-Jean at 2:30pm on July 18 to the Chateaux Moulerens. For those arriving by plane, please consult us.
Return : a bus will leave for the train station of Bordeaux Saint-Jean at 9am on July 31. Plan your departing train for 11:30am
If a student cannot make the bus for any reason, he or she will have to take a taxi at their own expense

ATTENTION : rooms must be freed on July 31. Any unreturned key will carry a charge of 30€.
